| Graduate Apprentice: |
| - Rs. 4,500/- per month from Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) + Remaining amount from IOCL + Rs. 2,500/- as Miscellaneous expenses. |
| Technician Apprentice: |
| Rs. 4,000/- per month from Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) + Remaining amount from IOCL + Rs. 2,500/- as Miscellaneous expenses. |
| Trade Apprentice: |
| Stipand as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019 (paid in full by IOCL) + Rs. 2,500/- as Miscellaneous expenses. Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019 as amended from time to time. Over and above the statutory stipend, an additional amount of Rs. 2,500/- shall be paid to the Apprentices as Miscellaneous expenses. The cost of stipend borne by the Central Government shall be restricted to the first-time training only. Part of the Graduate and Technician apprentice stipend is disbursed by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) directly in their bank accounts under the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) scheme |
