| 1.Level-4/Level-5 : A University Degree or its equivalent from recognized University |
| 2. Level-2/Level-3 : Passed 12th (Plus-II stage) or its equivalent examination from Government recognized Board/Council |
| 3. Level-1 : 10th pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT |
| 4. Educational Qualification must be from a Recognized institution |
| 5. Those appearing at and/or awaiting results of final examinations are not eligible |
| 6. Candidates should possess requisite academic qualification while applying |
| 7. No relaxation in minimum educational qualification shall be permissible |
| 8. For appointment against Sports quota in Technician-III, minimum qualification is 10th pass, but training period will be 3 years unless ITI qualified (then 6 months) |
